We work with both established brands ordering at scale and smaller labels just getting started, including flexible options for lower-volume runs. Share your design details with us and we’ll confirm the minimum that applies to your order.

What's the difference between OEM and ODM, and which should I choose?

With OEM, you supply your own designs and tech packs and we manufacture exactly to your specification. With ODM, you select and customize from our existing design library, which is faster and requires less design work on your end. Many new brands start with ODM, then move into OEM as their collections become more specific.

How long does it take to receive a sample?

Samples are generally ready within 7–12 business days of confirming your fabric and tech pack. Designs with more elaborate embellishment, such as sequins, beadwork, or tie-dye, may take a little longer to produce and ship.

Do you offer private label and custom packaging?

Yes. We offer custom labels, hang tags, and packaging, including polybags, boxes, or fully branded packaging, so finished goods arrive under your own brand identity and ready for retail or e-commerce fulfillment.

What payment and shipping terms do you offer?

We typically work on a deposit-plus-balance structure, with a deposit due to begin production and the balance settled before shipment. Shipping can be arranged FOB, CIF, or door-to-door depending on your logistics setup, and we prepare full export documentation for customs clearance.
