Every garment that leaves our Guangzhou facility goes through the same disciplined process, because children's clothing has to meet a higher bar than fashion alone.
We prioritize softness and printability. Our standard tees are made from 100% Ring-Spun Combed Cotton. Unlike open-end cotton, ring-spun yarns are smoother, stronger, and free of impurities. This results in a “clean face” fabric that is ultra-soft against the child’s skin and provides a superior, smooth canvas for screen printing and DTG (Direct-to-Garment) applications.
We take significant steps to minimize distortion. All our knit fabrics undergo a compacting and pre-shrinking process before cutting. We also employ “side-seamed” construction (rather than tubular) for most of our girls’ fits. Side seams ensure the garment maintains its structure and does not twist (torque) after laundering, keeping the fit consistent for your customers.
Modesty is a specific concern for girls’ apparel. We use a substantial fabric weight—typically 160–180 GSM (grams per square meter)—for our white and light-colored tees. This ensures the fabric is thick enough to provide adequate coverage and opacity, while still being breathable for summer wear.
We use high-quality rib-knit collars infused with a small percentage of Spandex (Elastane). This elasticity allows the head to pass through easily but ensures the collar snaps back to its original shape immediately. We also reinforce the back neck seam with taping (neck tape) to provide structure and prevent the collar from sagging over time.
Yes. We understand that many of our wholesale clients re-brand our blanks. We can manufacture tees with “Tear-Away” paper tags that can be easily ripped out without damaging the seam. Alternatively, for OEM orders, we can screen print your brand information directly onto the inner neck (heat transfer labels) for a completely tag-free, itch-free experience.
Yes. While our standard blank is a “Regular/Classic” fit, we can produce trend-specific cuts. If you are looking for the popular “Boxy Crop” tee or a “Slim-Fit” layering tee, we can adjust the patterns accordingly. We just need your tech pack or a reference sample to grade the sizes correctly for your target demographic.
